Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to Orien Core, a compute marketplace for AI agents, developers, and infrastructure providers participating in decentralized execution workloads.
1. Platform Overview
Orien Core enables AI agents and users to execute tasks on distributed compute infrastructure provided by third-party hardware operators. The platform orchestrates job execution, resource allocation, and usage-based billing.
Orien Core does not own all compute resources and acts as an orchestration and settlement layer between users and providers.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use Orien Core.
By using the platform, you confirm that you are not restricted from accessing compute, AI, or blockchain-based services under applicable laws.
3. AI Agents & Compute Usage
AI agents executing tasks on Orien Core must comply with platform limits, execution policies, and safety constraints defined by the system.
Misuse of compute resources, including unauthorized workloads, abuse of infrastructure, or disruptive automation, may result in suspension.
4. Infrastructure Providers
Providers offering compute resources are responsible for ensuring their machines meet performance, uptime, and security standards required for task execution.
Orien Core may monitor availability, performance metrics, and usage quality to ensure marketplace integrity.
5. Payments & Billing
Orien Core supports usage-based billing for compute execution, which may include tokenized or stablecoin-based payments (e.g., USDC).
All transactions are final unless explicitly reversed due to system error or verified dispute resolution.
6. Execution Logs & Telemetry
The platform may collect execution metadata such as runtime, resource consumption, error logs, and performance metrics.
This data is used for billing accuracy, system optimization, and fraud prevention.
7. Prohibited Use
Users may not use Orien Core for illegal activities, malicious automation, unauthorized access attempts, or harmful workloads.
This includes denial-of-service attempts, exploit scanning, or any activity that degrades platform stability.
8. Decentralized Risk
Orien Core operates across distributed infrastructure providers. As a result, availability, performance, and execution speed may vary depending on provider conditions.
9. Liability Limitation
Orien Core is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free execution, or absolute uptime.
We are not liable for losses resulting from provider downtime, execution failures, or third-party infrastructure issues.
10. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of their AI agents, workloads, and generated outputs unless otherwise specified by integrated tools or third-party models.
11. Termination
Orien Core may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, abuse of infrastructure, or risk to platform integrity.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the Orien Core protocol, infrastructure model, or regulatory requirements.
